Kevin Russo
M.A., B.C.B.A., L.A.B.A., President

Kevin is owner and President of the Corporation. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Sports/Fitness Administration from UMASS Boston in 1988 and a Master's Degree in Critical and Creative Thinking from UMB in 1996. His Master's thesis (published and copyrights 1996) was on Applying Critical and Creative Thinking to Sports Psychology and Motivation. Kevin's relative coursework included: Advanced Cognitive Psychology, Multiple Perspectives in the Classroom, Education Curriculum and Design, Moral and Social Issues, Critical Thinking, Educational Intervention, and Issues in Educational Evaluation.

Ashley English
B.S., M.S.

Ashley attended Wheaton College, where she majored in Psychology and Early Childhood Education. She also obtained her Master's degree Special Education from Regis College, where she also played on the field hockey team. Ashley works as a teacher at a Massachusetts public school in addition to her time at ARISE, and she has experience working with children with an array of skills. She has spent most of her professional time working with children diagnosed with autism and other learning challenges. In high school, Ashley played on some of the many Watertown High School Varsity State championship field hockey teams.

Meghan Sutton

Meghan has worked in several capacities and settings in the field of ABA, including Accept Collaborative, RCS in Natick, and Amego, Inc., where she helped support students both at school and at home. Meghan currently services as a clinician and supervisor at ARISE in many different cities and towns. Meghan holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College and also is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has been an asset to the ARISE team since she began in 2013.

Jacqueline Felteau
B.S., M.S.

Jackie brings an extensive background in ABA to the ARISE team. She obtained a Bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. Jackie is employed as a full time assistant teacher at a local private school in addition to working at ARISE. She also has experience as a co-teacher in the state of New Jersey. Jackie joined the ARISE team in August 2016.

Ashley Williams Condon
M.S. Ed., BCBA

Ashley has been in the field of human services and education since 2007, having worked at New England Center for Children as well as the public school system. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Keene State College and a Master's degree in Education from Simmons College. She also completed her coursework for Applied Behavior Analysis at Western New England College . Ashley is also a licensed Special Education teacher (PreK-12) and currently teaches at a school in Central Mass. Ashley brings a tremendous amount of expertise to the ARISE team.

Robin Morrow

Robin brings a wealth of experience to the company. In addition to being a BCBA and having a Master's degree in Special Education, she has worked as a teacher in both public and private school settings. Robin has been at ARISE since 2014 and he has worked primarily with individuals on the development of functional living skills as well as IEP goals and objectives. Robin works collaboratively with school personnel and families and she continues to add valuable insight to the ARISE team.

Leann Gallella

Leann has been with ARISE since 2014. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from Framingham State University and has been working in the field of education since she graduated. She currently works at a Charter School as well as providing ABA support for families at ARISE. Leann has spent her professional career working with students who receive services in the area of Special Education.

John Randall

John has been working in administrative and clinical positions for over twenty years. His areas of clinical expertise include behavioral programming and developing environmentally realistic and responsive supports. His administrative background includes developing and implementing organizational behavior management strategies, staff training, strategic planning, budget analysis and (re)development, identifying potential organizational efficiencies, and working with private and public sector agencies to optimize organizational systems and service quality. John is the founder and president of Best Clinical Network, Inc. This organization provides an array of empirically validated clinical supports to children and adults in a variety of settings. John is also the CEO and president of Amego, Inc. This organization has been in existence for over thirty-five years providing complete life-cycle support to individuals affected by autism and other developmental issues. John sits on professional boards, peer review committees, and human rights committees for several organizations with similar missions. He holds Masters Degrees in Public Administration and Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA). John is also the past president of Mass ABA.

Jennifer Monaghan

Jennifer Monaghan is an experienced certified adjustment counselor and special needs teacher. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Special Education and Elementary Education from Marist College. She attended UMass Boston, majoring in Mental Health Counseling, and received her Master's Degree in Education in 2002. Jennifer has worked as a mental health counselor at Help, Inc, and as a teacher at Westwood Lodge Hospital and the Lighthouse School. Jennifer worked at the READS Academy as a school adjustment counselor for several years before joining ARISE. Jennifer joined the ARISE staff in 2006 and continues to be invaluable to the corporation.

Sarah Ramos

Sarah Ramos comes to ARISE with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education, and a substantial amount of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Sarah has most recently served as a substantially separate preschool teacher in the public school system. Prior to that, Sarah worked as the school based behavior specialist for an elementary school in the Tri Town School Union, and she worked in the Newton Public School system as a behavior therapist for 3 years. Sarah is a certified special education teacher and she also completing her Master’s degree in Moderate Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. Sarah became a BCBA in 2017.

John Kelley

John Kelley joins ARISE with a background in Social Work. He received a BA from Westfield State College in both Sociology and Social Work and his MSW from Salem State College. He worked for the Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Cambridge, MA. and now works as a counselor at a private school in addition to working at ARISE. John has worked with children in a variety of capacities including camp counselor, middle school wrestling coach, and as a group leader at Youthcare, a summer therapeutic program. John's expertise in the field of human services has been a definite asset to families and their children, as well as staff at ARISE.

Melissa Vigliotti
B.S., M.S.

Melissa Vigliotti joins ARISE with a background in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She received a Bachelor's degree from Georgian Court University In New Jersey and her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. She worked in an Integrated Preschool and currently works for Newton Public Schools, in addition to working at ARISE. Melissa has worked with children in a variety of educational and programmatic settings, including Private School. Melissa's expertise in the field of ABA has been a asset to families and their children, as well as staff at ARISE.

Kelly Morrow

Kelly attended Harvard Extension School, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Government (Cum Laude) and she is currently pursuing her Master's in Education at Harvard University. She has been with ARISE since 2015 and prior to that, she worked in several capacities working with children. Aside from her work with ARISE, Kelly also works as a substitute teacher in a local public school system. She plans to continue pursuing a career in education when she completes her Master's degree. Kelly has provided support for many families and children over the past few years at ARISE and she applies her passion and teaching skills to her approach when providing ABA services.

Karyn Roy

Karyn Roy brings a well rounded background in human services to the ARISE team. She holds a license in Elementary Education (1-6) and Special Education (PreK-12). Karyn is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has been a teacher in Malden Public Schools since 2011, and she has also worked as a teacher in Newton Public Schools, St. Mary's Elementary School in Worcester and also New England Center for Children. Karyn is also a member of Massachusetts Down's Syndrome Congress and Autism Society of America. Karyn has been with ARISE since 2013 as a direct service provider and Supervising BCBA and has helped facilitate the Functional Assessment process for the company.

Stephanie Coplon

Stephanie has worked in the field of Special Education in many different roles since 1999. Most recently, she has worked as a teacher and lead teacher in various settings and she is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Stephanie has two professional teaching licenses and she has a Master's degree in Teaching students with Moderate Disabilities from Lesley University. She has supervised staff on the implementation of academic and behavior programs for students of all ages and she brings an arena of skills to the ARISE team. Stephanie also worked as a BCBA in Newton Public Schools and currently works in Boston Public Schools, as well as working as a supervising clinician at ARISE.

Kelsey Shaw
M. Ed., LABA

Kelsey attended Sarah Lawrence College where she studied Liberal Arts, before obtaining her Master's of Education in Special Needs and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. She is also a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts, and has several other pertinent certifications. Kelsey has experience as a Residential Director, Program Director and Case Manager in the field of Human Services and has been an excellent addition to the ARISE team.

Christine Hennessey

Christine graduated from Providence College in May 2007 where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology. She has worked as a teacher's aide at an Integrated Preschool Summer Program working one on one with children with disabilities. She also volunteered for three years at the Perkins School for the Blind where she worked with visually impaired children. She also worked at the New England Center for Children with children with autism in the residential program, the school inclusion program and taught at the school in Abu Dhabi for a year. She graduated from Simmons College with a Master of Science in Education- Severe Special Needs. Christine is a licensed Special Education teacher in Massachusetts and she received her BCBA in 2012. She is also a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA) and brings a wealth of knowledge to the ARISE team.

Michelle Graham-Freeman

Michelle received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Framingham State College and her Master's of Education from University of Massachusetts at Boston. She also earned a certificate in Non Profit Management from Laselle College. Michelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA). Michelle worked as a production foreman for Charles River ARC for 3 years. She then became the Assistant Director of Clinical Services for the May Institute for 1 year before being promoted to Director of Day Services. She has been in her current position since 2006. Michelle is also a PMT trainer (Psychological and Physical Management techniques) as well as a CPR/ First Aid Trainer for The May Institute. Michelle began working at ARISE in 2009.

Julia Shiebler

Julia received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Franklin Pierce University. Her career in the human services field includes working at Melmark New England as a Behavior Therapist as well as a Head Teacher at Amego, Inc., where she worked with students with special needs for 5 years. Her expertise primarily focuses on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. Julia is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College. She tirelessly assists many children and families as an ARISE team member.

Dr. Barbara Miller
School Psychologist

Dr. Miller received her Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, in 1968, after finding her passion in the field of psychology. She then earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from McGill in 1973. Her interest in learning disorders was kindled during her studies.

Dr. John Passarini
Ed.D, C.A.G.S., Teacher

Dr. John Passarini brings an insurmountable amount of experience to the company. He has a B.S. in Physical Education from University of Connecticut, M.Ed. in Health and P.E. Administration from Cambridge College, a C. A. G. S. (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies) in Therapeutic Recreation from Boston University, and a Doctorate (Ed. D.) in Special Education, also from Boston University. He has been a teacher for 34 years, and he was one of the most successful wrestling coaches in the history of Massachusetts. He was the founder of the Massachusetts Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame, and he was certified as a strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. "Coach Pass," who coached Kevin Russo in High School, was nominated and won the National Adapted Physical Education Teacher of the year (2000) as well as the Disney Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award (2003). He threw out the first pitch at the Red Sox game on September 1, 2004.

Jennifer Alosso
Psy.D., Counselor

Dr. Jennifer Alosso attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology with a certificate in Criminal Justice. She completed her doctoral studies in the clinical psychology program at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. Jennifer, Psy.D., also worked as a residential counselor at the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute at McLean Hospital and volunteer at the national office of the OCD Foundation before serving as president. Jennifer started with ARISE in 2006, and still consults on a per diem basis. She has developed her own practice, which has been an outstanding resource for ARISE families.

Diane Dempsey
Counselor and Diversity Trainer

Diane Dempsey received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice from University of Massachusetts and her Master's Degree in Education/School Guidance Counseling from University of Massachusetts. She currently works as a Guidance Counselor at Minuteman Regional Vocational High School. She is a certified School Guidance Counselor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has worked as a Guidance Counselor in both states. Diane is a member of the Massachusetts School Counselor and Northeast School Counselor's Association. She also is a Diversity Trainer.
